Today was the annual open day at Bath Cats & Dogs Home. It was a beautifully sunny day and there were lots of people and dogs in attendance, so I hope the day was a huge success for the Home. Well done to everyone involved in making it a fantastic day
Apologies to anyone who was hoping to visit my pet photography stall. I made the decision to pull out, due to the ongoing health concerns of our dear old boy, Jasper.
I did however manage to pop up to the Open Day for a few hours and am so glad I did as I got to meet some lovely dogs and their people. I wish I could have said hello to every dog and his/her family, but time didn’t permit. I have included photographs of some of the dogs I met, below – hope you enjoy
Check back soon as I will have a further blog and a competition coming soon too.
A gorgeous little boy, don’t you think?
This very handsome chap was adopted from the Home. He is SO sweet and a fabulous ambassador for Staffies
I have met this lovely Great Dane before and her name makes me smile – please meet Minnie!
The Collie lean …
This dog is gorgeous!
It was a day for pretty boys …How would you resist that face, ever?!
This sweet girl is 15! She was adopted from the home as a young-un and today she won the Golden Oldies class. Her Dad was rightly very proud
This is the beautiful Ava, who took Best in Show
And last, but most definitely not least, we met this gorgeous trio just as we were leaving. So glad we got the chance to say hello
Take care, all of you.
