22 August 2012 ~ Just seen the wonderful news that Nina has been adoptedWishing you many happy years in your forever home, lovely girl
I’d like to introduce you to Nina, the girl with beautiful eyes. I met her a few months ago and have shared a photo previously, but now it’s time for a special blog just for her.
Nina is a Staffie (Staffordshire Bull Terrier) cross who is almost two years old, so still very much a baby. She is currently in the care of Bath Cats & Dogs Home – you can find her rescue page here.
Nina can be rehomed with children and would make a great family pet. She is an active girl who is full of fun and loves toys and to play, as you will see when you look at the rest of the photos …
I don’t think Nina would suit a couch potato!
The rescue says Nina is a young girl, a brilliant staffie, who is all smiles and people-friendly.
I met up with Susan of Simple Photos, who was visiting the UK. Susan is a fellow HeARTs Speak pet photographer who volunteers for rescue and photographs animals for adoption in Canada. She photographed Nina too – you can see Susan’s blog for Nina here.

Her cute expression here makes me laugh!
Nina is looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day, to give her the attention she deserves. She has been a good girl for the rescue’s behaviour team and enjoys learning. She would love to continue learning with her new owner, using kind methods. The rescue will be very happy to advise on this.
Nina loves her toys and to play, as you can see, but does not care for other dogs, so she is looking for a home where she is the only pet.
Nina is ready to leap into her new home – can you offer her the loving and active home she seeks? Please contact Bath Cats & Dogs Home and do let them know that you saw Nina at Poochie Freak.
